2026 HIRING BONUS
- Sheriff’s Corrections Officer: $10,000
- Deputy Sheriff Trainee/Entry: $15,000
- Deputy Sheriff Lateral: $25,000 + 40 hours advanced vacation leave
Incentive pay is awarded after completing the Field Training Program and one year of probation (2,080 county service hours). Employees leaving with fewer than 3 years of service (6,240 hours) must reimburse the total incentive amount received.
